The health and safety of our clients and everyone in the office is of the utmost importance to us. We kindly ask that if you are not feeling well or have come in close contact with someone who is ill, please contact the office and we will reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your understanding of this matter.
OUR PRECAUTIONS
We are taking precautionary steps to ensure the health and well-being of everyone. Some of these measures include:
* Our normal infection control and prevention standards are upheld in regards to hand washing, treatment procedures, and sterilization of equipment.
HEALTH HISTORY FORM
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out our client health history form.
LATE POLICY
Running late for your appointment? We understand that things happen, however, our electrologists must accommodate everyone at their scheduled appointment time. Please call us to let us know if you will be late. We will do our best to honor the full time that you booked, but your appointment will be cut short if it interferes with another clients start time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time to cancel without incurring a fee.
